Absolute love coming to Ambiance Beauty to get my eyebrows threaded. Jo is extremely talented and provides the best service, she's extremely trust worthy and is an asset to this salon! I would never ever go back to this salon . the beautician who trimmed my hair dint know what she was doing at all . . I clearly showed that she has to cut a certain length of my hair . . and she cuts not even an inch and charges a bomb . when I tell her it's not what I wanted she wants to keep saying tell me I will cut m absolutely unprofessional . . I will never go back to this place. . they can check the city footage where I have clearly shown how much I want it cut . . I could have easily got it done for 10 pounds near my house where I got it done with absolute dissatisfaction here . never will I turn back here
Very bad hairdresser, had no idea what she was doing, even after I showed her pictures and video of my hair how i usually have it cut she still had no clue!!! Unprofessional and poor quality place is a complete disaster will take me month to grow my hair back
It was my second visit to this salon and I happened to ask a beautician about their negative feedback on social media because I found them very professional, hygienic , trained and competitive rates too what else you need thanks "Jo "for your service .
Got my haircut the other day by Jo. Showed her some pictures of the style I wanted. She was very professional and did exactly as I asked.

Worst ever experience. Do not ever go to this place unless you want to waste time. Inadequate staff and poor hygiene. A customer hair on the floor is still there and they have allowed another customer to sit there despite cleaning. It's is horrid. It's a Sunday surely the shop will be busy and so staff should be there. It's appalling. Waste of my time and the poor hygiene has put me off totally. It's disgusting.Service: Eyebrow threading
I visited today for facial and massage. My beautician was Rita apologies if I had mistaken the name, I’m no good with names . I was treated in professional yet kind way. I had by eyebrows done too. I feel my face glowing and refreshed. Thank you, I’ll come back and I recommend the treatment. The only thing which I may suggest is - when you do have a customer, who doesn’t belong to or doesn’t speak your language, please do speak in English around him/her. As example - I feel like while I was having my eyebrows done the colleague next chair to Rita ask her why I don’t pay for the eyebrow treatment - it was included in the facial package. I felt uncomfortable yet I’m not sure what was the comment about. Only advice.Service: Eyebrow threading
