Apparently when buying a house you MUST have a conveyancing lawyer. Well i would NOT recommend these guys. They were the cheapest in Bendigo for a reason! They never contacted us regarding anything they were supposed to. We had to chase them for everything and even then didn't have the time to sit down and explain the contracts to us. Then a month later called and asked for the signed contracts back (which they'd apparently posted to us). They sent the contracts with OUR PERSONAL INFORMATION to the address which we were purchasing (WHICH HAS DINGEY QUESTIONABLE TENANTS IN IT) They then said "oops, we'll send you a new copy" ARE YOU SERIOUS? The tenants now have our personal details! So unprofessional!!! Also, pathetic reception service.
