A bloody ripper concert by Ian Moss, acoustic version, also got to see Kasey Chambers and a new fella who was great who goes by the name of Dingo.nMusic sounded great in the civic centre.nBeer prices were a little high, although overall we had a great night and it's a great venue
Great venue to watch local actors and actresses get their performances on. Bar area and alfresco dining on the top deck. Clean and spacious. Parking is a bit of an issue with mostly paid street parking. I was surprised at the scale of performance this venue attracts and will be keeping an eye out for more plays in the future.
Pretty good venue and all amenities are within reach and clean and tidy. Wish the food & bar open early enough before the show so that we don't have to go out and look elsewhere for food and drink.
Great place. Street parking in surrounding streets - so get there a little early for your show.nSeats are good, they slightly recline so great for shows. We had a 75 minute show straight and the seats were fine.nTwo levels of seating, ground and on a raised level downstairs, and stalls upstairs.nThey had a bar open out the front of the civic centre for our show. I dont know how often it's open, I've only been there once. I saw lots of wine glasses going into the show.nToilets conveniently located beside the entry doors to the auditorium, clean and fresh.nEnjoy your time there.
Lovely venue with comfortable seating. Each row is slightly higher than the one before it which makes it way to see the stage performance. Refreshments available at a reasonable price. Thumbs up.
