I’m a GP at one of the local Ipswich General Practices. I really appreciate the work of our local cardiologists including those at Ipswich Cardiac Centre. They provide really high quality service in my experience. I value sharing my patients care with this group.
I refer patients to this cardiology practice regularly because of the incredibly high quality, reliable and good value service they provide to this area. I can make decisions about patients confidently based on their findings and advice.
We are so privileged to have excellent cardiologist that provides amazing services to our patients and also offer a great support to us as GPs. My patients speaks very highly of the team at Ipswich Cardiac Centre.
The large overweight lady on reception and the Indian guy on reception were openly making comments about patients that were walking into the surgery. Absolutely appalling and disgusting behaviour very unprofessional!!.
Reception staff were rude , they text me my appointment time, on arrival told me I need another referral , they could of told me that at my last appointment a week earlier , 2 hour drive for nothing .
Very friendly, helpful and efficient greeting at reception and cardiac nurse/assistant too.Great systems in place, creating a smooth and seamless transition from one area/staff member to another. Practice ran to appointment time. Dr Booth thorough, and pleasant.
Very efficient and knowledgeable, felt comfortable with the professional manner from front of house to the specialist. Fees were about what I’ve paid for other specialists.
EDIT: The consultant ,NOT THE DOCTOR, went on to disqualify myself from driving. This has now caused ongoing legal proceedings due to the consultant not informing my GP that this was actioned. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Doctor was not considerate to my needs at all. Very disappointed to see you could place a patient already under stress further into stress, especially given the patients you are dealing with.
From the ladies at the check in counter the guy who took my echo my doctor Dr Yash Singbal and the lady who does the ecg are all incredibly kind and patient with me Thank you all so much and Merry Christmas Carol Booth
First they didn't nsg me about ny appointment so I had take more time off work ,didn't give me any information beforehand about showering before I I got a heart monitor and extremely expensive rip-offs
