Won't be coming back. Seems like every 2nd machine is broken or you pay and then the machine says out of order. Get your machines fixed or at least put a sign saying doesn't work so you don't swipe your card. Recommend TimeZone over this place
We won’t be coming back- Terrible customer service!nBooked over the phone for 2 games with kids 11. On the day, we found they have taken the wrong booking and only booked 1 game, however after complaining they allowed us to play. The line we were on broke down and they move us to another line without side bumpers. There were extra lines available but they said they were booked. We finish playing on the line without bumpers and nobody used the other lines. Quite disappointing as the kids did not enjoy playing without the side bumpers. The game stopped before they could finish the game and we had to complain again. After 20 minutes waiting we left without finishing the game. No solutions / credit provided.nnStaff with awful customer service skills..
My experience was great because I couldn't stop laughing at how bad it was. The machines in the front section work perfectly, but most of the machines at the back are so busted. I was like Michael Jordan shooting hoops but it didn't register one. The bounce pad on the beer pong game was a little cracked and caved in so the balls just went everywhere. And when you did actually get one in the cup, it would only occasionally register. Don't say skill issue.n5/5 for comedic purposes with mates.
I enjoy coming here with my young daughter for a treat. The games are new and enough variety for young and old. Sure there might be a game or two that doesn’t work as expected but the staff are quick to refund your money without question.
