Misleading. They are not a holiday resort or any kind of hotel. This is a serviced apartment. We stayed for 1 week and received 1/4 of a roll of toilet paper, 1 tube of soap/shampoo & conditioner. After 4 days we asked for the place to be cleaned... which it wasnt. The only thing they did was replace the towels & bedsheets. The internet was so bad we wound up buying extra phone data. They have nice facilities - sauna / pool & spa. The front desk lady is very nice.

What a beautiful apartment with an amazing view of the beach and aircon just what we requested. Receptionist lady very friendly and helpful. Clean inside the apartment loving that we have two balconies near the living room and bedroom. I recommend others this apartment and will come back again.

I've never been somewhere quite this bad before. I understand that it is cheap, but dirty and smelly is what you will get for your money! We couldn't stay in this hotel, we went to a motel in Broadbeach instead. Honestly, I'm fine with bad decor, a little dim in the lighting dept, not a great location... but this is so much worse. I felt itchy and uncomfortable in this place!

Worst experience right from the beginning. Our room looked like it was falling to pieces. There was mould everywhere and the carpet was dirty. Our spare blanket smelt like it hadn't been washed, wasn't even folded as if it hadn't been touched from whoever stayed in the room previous to us. Rude and useless management. Very dodgy around their "so called policy" and have just made our life hell. Wouldn't give back our bond money that we paid by cash and they l blocked my partners number from calling them back. After we threatened them that we were going to take the issue further, they are sending back our money. They just have too many excuses and obviously have no idea what they are talking about. Very hard to know who is in charge of the place as they all seem to think they're the only ones we can talk to. Would never ever recommend this place to anyone!

I absolutely love the atmosphere, everyone is so nice and its overall such a relaxing area. So great, we now will stay here for all our future visits to the gold coast :)
