The worst tour ever. Phone never answer. Email takes 1 week even after paying 2300$ the tour booked few days before the tour. At the end after multiple attempts of messages via Facebook, email, live chat, they send you an email saying the trip doesn't have a place anymore!!! Their website still shows 1 place left!! By the time you wait the flights have doubled the price and you can't organize anything! That agency is full of lies, the facebook page doesn't show photos of clients and their comments.

Intrepid Travel is no longer here even though Google said it was open. There is no office in NZ.

I have been on many tours with intrepid travel. They are amazing trips all over the world. I would recommend them to anyone who is short of time or doesnt want to travel by themselves
