The worst place I’ve ever lived. Definitely not worth $340 a week. The rooms are tiny feels like a prison cell. There’s no fan or AC, and in winter you can only use the room heater, which turns off automatically every two hours.nnThe rent only covers breakfast and dinner. The food is not good at all. Cold breakfast is basically nothing, and hot breakfast is the same every single day. Boring and does not taste good.nnYou’ll have to buy your own lunch since it’s not included in the rent, but around 80% of it will get stolen from the fridges, so you’ll probably end up staying hungry until dinner. When you complain about ongoing thefts, the staff just say it’s “too much hassle” to check CCTV — wonder if they would say the same if something of theirs was stolen.nnTheir only suggestion is to buy your own fridge, which is ridiculous when you’re already paying this much.nnDinner is just okay. Nothing special.nnOffice staff is plain rude for no reason, except the night/ weekend staff.nnOverall, it’s stressful, overpriced, and not worth the money. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
I have been staying here for a year now. And the experience is amazing. While the food is decent, it's convinient and worth the money. I love how there's 24/7 office to monitor everything and people to hangout all the time
Pray, pray that you don't encounter that deadly alarm tomorrow morning when there are morning classes. It will wake you up in the early morning and make you unable to fall asleep again, because it will ring throughout the dormitory and last for more than ten minutes.
Room looks like a prison. Walls are very thin.. you can hear everything from the rooms adjacent to yours. The heater in the room stops after 2 hours automatically so at night you'll be freezing. They do not allow you to use high wattage appliances so you can't buy a good heater to use.nnThe room doors close automatically so if both of your hands are holding something it's extremely difficult to enter your room. On top of that if you get locked out they charge you money after 2 times.... Imagine waking up at night to go to the toilet half asleep and then returning to your room only to realise the door automatically shut and you forgot to take the key.... Such nonsense.nnBreakfast is basically nothing and if you wake up late you will miss it even though you are paying for it. No lunch and dinners are just average and at times terrible. Need to pay for laundry separately. It is absolutely not worth 325 dollars/week! Much much better experience elsewhere for that kind of rent.
Breakfast is mid, no AC, beach is still a 20 minute walk basically anything is, place is under construction which is probably contributing to this negative review its as loud as humanly possible and it starts at 7 a.m for some reason and they are done at like 10 a.m? If ur studying abroad apply for literally anywhere else.
