At Integrity Physio, we take the time to give you a quality experience. We allow 30 minutes for all appointments so we have time to do things properly and you have time to ask questions. Also, you can expect an experienced practitioner to see you every time. Our practitioners Leslie and Leanne are both Senior Physiotherapists with over 10 years experience in the management of acute and chronic muscle, joint and nerve pain.

From our modern clinic in Como – South Perth we provide services for a wide range of conditions. Interventions include joint mobilisation and manipulation, massage, dry needling, specific home exercise prescription and one on one supervised exercise sessions in our on-site rehab gym. We are also highly experienced in the treatment of vertigo and jaw pain.

Our family owned physiotherapy clinic in Como – South Perth is located on Preston St where you’ll find easy parking at any time and some great places to enjoy a meal or a coffee after your appointment. We look forward to seeing you!

I’ve been seeing Les now for over 3 years and he is always professional and someone who takes his time to make sure that he is giving you his best knowledge and advice. Being able to have 30min consultation times means that you actually have the time to talk about and really get down to the actual problem instead of just treating the pain that is noticeable. While it does mean that you sometimes have to visit for a bit longer, I’ve always found that the problem very rarely returns and that I’ve been able to get back in to things that I never originally thought possible. I always recommend the team and Integrity Physio. They are always lovely, and care so much about making sure you are getting the best treatment and experience as possible.
The best thing to come out of 2020/2021 was finding Les at Integrity Physio!! I decided to try Les after reading his reviews, hoping that he was "as good as he sounded" and I am pleased to say that HE IS! Les is a brilliant physiotherapist, he is professional and extremely knowledgeable, he is attentive and welcomes your feedback during your treatment and always finds the source of the problem and the "good pain feeling". There has been numerous occasions where Les has managed to release a long-standing problem and the "instant relief" has brought me to tears! Whether your appointment is 30mins or 1hr, Les will not waste any time treating you and will ensure that you leave feeling better than when you arrived. I am not one to normally write reviews however I have benefited so much from Les' , that it would be selfish of me not to. I have no hesitation recommending Les. Not only will you get results, you will meet a genuine person in the process. I can't thank you enough Les, you will continue to be my go to person!
I want to write this review for anyone who has lost hope in getting treatment for chronic pain anywhere in their body. I was having migraines from a very sore neck, I've seen other physios for treatment and after spending alot of money I was getting nowhere and would still have migraines which would make me throw up and unable to go work. After seeing Patrina and les they gave me a different diagnosis than I have been given before and found the very core issue that was causing the migraines, Patrina worked on the area and completely released my neck from the sore/stuck muscles and pescribed the exact exercises i needed to stregthen the weak areas which were causing the pain. After just a few weeks of doing the exercises my headaches have almost all gone and im feeling really positive about the future.
My very first physio appointment with Kelvin Yau was amazing. I have been suffering from neck pain and after attending my first physio appointment with Kelvin, I noticed a huge difference and could sleep pain free. Thank you so much Kelvin. I would highly recommend Integrity Physio to anyone! After 2 years of experiencing pain in my knees whilst running and trying 3 different physios with multiple diagnoses, I found Leslie and Integrity by accident. I was skeptical at first but after a couple of months of seeing Leslie, I can now run pain free which I never thought would be possible. Fourth time lucky, I wish I went to him first! Thanks Les!
Incredible team! We cannot recommend enough this professional, helpful, and effective team. My husband has chronic TMJ Temporomandibular joint pain and from the very first session of dry needling by Leslie, he feels huge improvement. He was suffering from this pain for more than 5 months. None of the conventional medication and muscle relaxers were actually this effective. I recommend to anyone suffering from facial muscle pain to think about the dry needling method and visit Integrity Physio. We wish we had started with them earlier than starting any medication.
I wanted to write this review for anyone out there who may have an injury or pain like I had. And have almost given up on the thought there is treatment that will help. This is my experience with Leslie from Integrity Physio. After suffering intense ongoing neck and shoulder pain for over three years, I pretty much felt the pain was here to stay for the rest of my life. Even my hearing was dull and I assumed that too was never going to be the same again. 2 years after shoulder surgery and ongoing physio, my shoulder still wasn’t 100%. The pain over the last couple of weeks was unbearable and I was losing sleep. I decided to search around for another physiotherapist to try and at least help ease the pain enough to get a decent night sleep. After only 3 sessions I can say that my hearing is back, my neck is 99% pain free and my shoulder is the best it has felt in years. I highly recommend Leslie and the team at Integrity Physio.
I have seen Leslie and Leanne at Integrity physio for an ongoing neck , shoulder and arm pain .Leslie conducted a thorough examination and explained my issues in a clear & comprehensive way, leaving me reassured, I had seen 3 specialist prior to this and no one was able to pinpoint the root cause ; just 3 weeks into treatment my neck and shoulder pain reduced significantly. Leslie & Leanne are a cut above the rest with exceptional knowledge complimented with their empathetic listening skills and genuine concern . It was truly like striking gold with these two lovely humans !!Needless to say they come highly recommended... I would be lucky to find a physio even half as good as you in Melbourne ..
I had chronic mussel pain and total lack of flexibility in my legs and lower back nearly 10 years I was in my Mid 30s and virtual cripple. After a couple of bad experiences with other physios by bad I mean no results or willingness to apply critical thinking I was lucky enough to find Les. Without Doubt Les is the best health professional I have ever visited and over a period of 14 weeks has totally change my life for the better. I don't often give recommendations but I have since sent three people to Les who have all had the same positive experience.
