Excellent and attentive instructors. Personalised towards your needs so you can go in as a beginner or pro and still be well looked after. Small class of up to 4. Have been going for more than 8 years and it's a mixture of reformer and mat so it's never boring and it's pointed to what you need the most. Results are palpable.

A great local Pilates studio if you’re serious about paying attention to what your own body needs, not keeping up with other people in a big class.

Have just recently started Pilates at Integrated Bodywork and I am amazed at how much better I feel already. If you have never tried Pilates before I highly recommend Integrated Bodywork.

Great instructors, lovely, well-kept studio and close to public transport. Give these guys a go if you're looking to improve your posture, fitness, strength and/or overcome an injury.
