Exceptionally good service. I found them to be easy to deal with and they've really been great at adjusting my coverage as my business has grown. (Especially when I've not known, or understood things they've taken the time to explain clearly which has been very re-assuring). They've also been great at following me up and helping make sure I've got everything insurance squared away. One less problem to deal with when running a business is a great thing. I would go out of my way to recommend Insurance Solutions to anyone who needs insurance here in Tasmania.

I've had nothing but positive dealings with Insurance Solutions. I've had basic 3rd party insurance on my car with them for 10+ years now, and it's never been excessive. I recently took out Landlords Insurance with them, and in this they excel. I've had to make a claim for water damaged carpet, and they're very helpful, making phone calls on my behalf and doing all the heavy work. They ring periodically to find out how everything is going with the claim, and if there's any problems, they chase it up for you immediately. They also managed to move my policy date forward a couple of weeks, so that the landlords insurance didn't expire a few days before my lease ended, which was great. 5 star service, friendly staff. Great local business

Hi, I used Insurance Solutions Tasmania for my business and vehicle for a few years. The premiums kept getting higher and higher until it became a bit unreal. So, I decided to get some other quotes and I found another company that offered prices about half of IST's. I advised the owner/manager that if their quote's were more competitive then I would consider keeping my business with them - but he didn't bother to try. The insurer they used were bad to deal with when I made a claim also. A significant saving can be made elsewhere.
