Good experience up until I saw the tint work done on my new car. When staff came out to 'fix' air bubbles and patchy work around demisters, a gentleman came out and told them stop helping/fixing the unfinished job. He introduced himself as 'Ross the boss', and endeavored to tell me he knew the job could not be done properly on my type of vehicle and there was nothing to be done to complete it properly. If this was the case, it should have been discussed with myself before taking the job on/Charging me full price. A confrontational approach to customer service and follow up. A gotcha attitude, making me pay before driving my vehicle up from inside, handing me the keys and saying goodbye. No sign off or inspection which is required on the work order provided. Final words from 'Ross the boss' were that he would fix the problems, but I had to call him in a month and he would fix it then!

I have rung 4 places for a replacement windscreen and this place was $70.00,, $85.00 & $100.00 dearer than the others . ??????

$55 for replacement of wing mirror glass. Next day appointment when I called, ready to go when I brought the car in, good natured staff. I paid cash and a receipt was not offered, but I'm sure it would have been no trouble if I'd asked. Fifth star partly to compensate for the jerk who gave one star 'cause they got the phone no. wrong. :-)

I actually had a good experience here Had a quote from 3 different places. IWT was cheaper than others ($165 others were 220 & 185) Workmanship was great also they vacuumed all the broken pieces of window glass at the back seat which I did not expect to be done and job done in time overall pretty good
