I would carefully consider before sending your child to inspire. My child was there for after school care and their holiday program. Initially things were fine but then she was bullied by older boys. We were not notified or spoken to about this when we picked her up. We started noticing a significant change in her behaviour. After continuing to ask her what was happening she confided in us and we were shocked to find out this had been going on for a while and she was also being physically hurt. I raised this with Inspire and instead of anyone getting back to me they just ignored us. After weeks of no response I tried one last time and said if we didn’t hear from them I’d be forced to cancel altogether and I received no response - just an automated email that our days had been cancelled. I wouldn’t feel safe sending my child to a place that clearly has no regard for the well-being of the children or parents in their care community.
