Was very hard understanding the person doing my scan as they spoke with a very thick accent, had to ask to repeat themselves every time they spoke
I got 2 urgent appointments in the same day, with no waiting time. Staff were great - very reassuring and made me feel that my care was a priority. I would highly recommend Insight Balcatta.
Got in early got told 2 patients in front but there was people going in and out ahead of me waited a long time missed another doctor's appointment because of the inconvenience very disappointed in the service at this clinic. Written by my husband
