Doctors are great. Front counter service is atrocious and they ignore your presence standing in front of them for as long as they can. 

If it wasn't for great doctors, i would go somewhere else where the reception is decent.

Ignore the rude front desk and relax for a good hour while you wait to see your GP that you made appointment for.  Why make appt if proffesionals can't run on time.
