I love the classes here especially the Mums and Bubs Pilates! Sings is an awesome instructor and I'm seeing great results. Highly recommend it!

The mums and bubs Pilates classes are fantastic at this clinic. Sings (who runs the classes) is wonderful at getting to know everyone's different needs and incorporating them into the class. It's a really friendly, supportive environment.

Luci and the team at Inner Stength of Bayside are fabulous! They are so friendly and always so welcoming!
They definitely have the professional touch and have worked wonders on me during my pregnancy and post pregnancy with treatments, Pilates and an at home excercise and stretching program. I always feel like a new and invigorated person after having been there.
I would highly recommend to everyone!
