Appalling product service. I bought a City Select Pram from the store on boxing day. I have never used it because it is restricted for newborn to 6-month-old babies. My baby is 10 weeks now, so far I use a baby carrier. Today, 8 May 2018, I moved the pram from one room to another, then found a rear-left tyre was a bit distorted. When I rolled it, the pram leaned toward right-hand side. Me and my wife took it directly to Toys R Us Innaloo store where we purchased it from. In the store, we were told by 2 ladies that the store would not take care of it because it was out of store warranty, which was 3 months only. Plus, they said it was not a problem to them. But according to ACCC, no matter whether or not the product is under warranty, customers should bring the faulty product back to the store where they purchase from. They said they could do nothing for us and suggested us to bring the pram to "Pram Repair Place" for assessment and repair. They also said the repair store just down the road and would cost us nothing if we could take it to the repair store by ourselves. They just do not care of customers' time cost. We had no choice but to take the pram to Pram Repair Store after. In Pram Repair Store, the owner was nice to us and had a quick check on the tyre. Then we had been told that the type was definitely faulty and the store should help customers solve it in the store. We told him the situation we had met in the store. He was willing to help us contact the manufacturer and get a replacement type. We could not believe such a big company like Toys R Us treated customers so unprofessional and disappointing。

I recently bought a City Jogger pram from the Innaloo store and recieved outstanding service both on the phone before arriving and whilst in store. Their pricing was also much cheaper than others. In fact as I am a man shopping for baby items alone ( my wife is in hospital due to complications with the pregnancy ) and after visiting Baby Bunting and recieving terrible service, no doubt because I am a man shopping without my wife for baby items, thinking I wouldn't be buying anything with her not being there, I really can't thank them enough for making the whole experience effortless and actually enjoyable. I wish I could remember the staff members names to highlight them specifically, however no doubt they will know given there can't be too many men shopping for baby items by themselves. Thanks again for restoring my faith in proper customer service in an uncommon scenario such as mine....

Great selection of toys for younger children, stock levels at the Innaloo store tend to not be great though. Look out for special offers at they often have them for popular toys.

Crappy service. Turn customers away with cash in their pockets for stock they have but wont help you if its not on the shelf.
