Highly recommend this company. I've used them several times now and my goods always arrive without fuss. This time however, quite by accident, I placed the same order twice, they kindly called me and when I explained the fault was mine they said, no problem, we'll cancel the second order and refund your money.......which they did. This is my go to place for genuine ink replacements for our printer. Not only are they the most competitively priced, they are local and provide free delivery. I have always received next day friendly to the door delivery although for my current order it took 3 days still amazing considering Australia post take weeks I wasn’t worried but they gave me a gift to apologize for the delay! Customer service second to none - try them out.

Paid for a genuine HP ink cartridge, my pinter does not recognise it. They told me I had to contact HP directly to sort it out, no one from HP helped me. I reached back out again to Ink Warehouse and they didnt get back to me. I had to open a claim with paypal to get this sorted.

T he cartridges didn't work I had to buy more from my usual company  I only ordered o line because my previous company were out of stock.

Keep on walking! Very disappointed with the service provided by Ink Warehouse. After going out of my way to support local business and purchasing expensive genuine toners for my laser printer, the thank you I receive when something goes wrong is "sorry you will have to ring the manufacturer to get it replaced". They sent me on my way with an exploding toner very messy and a phone number in Sydney for me to phone to ask them to replace my clearly faulty toner. They were unwilling to swap it with another one which they had in stock because they couldn't be "sure" that the toner was faulty, so therefore it was now my responsibility. Even though in the same discussion another person that same week had the same issue with the same toner purchased at the same time as mine.  I've never written a poor review before about any business or service but am so disappointed and angry. Not only did I waste an hour cleaning my printer, I then had the pleasure of having a lengthy, pointless argument with the manager and explaining to them the basics of treating a customer for whom they've sold a faulty product. I.e. you have responsibility here...don't pass it on to your customer.  On top of this you wanted me to wear the cost of $148 whilst I had to deal with the manufacturer to then potentially recieve a replacement sometime down the track, what was I meant to do in the meantime to print anything?  After much discussion on how to properly serivce customers they finally agreed to replace the toner and after replacing the toner, surprise surprise it worked and is now running like a charm, no more black dust covering my study and printing. Thank you for wasting another 30 minutes of my time to write this review. Good luck, I won't be back.
