Would give less stars if I could. Absolutely useless! Have tried several times to organise a work medical and despite calling their office twice, I still haven't had a response. The person I spoke to on the phone, couldn't even answer simple questions about the process.
Glenroy center Booked appointment for today but when I reached there they said it was a human error and no staff is available today so I have to book another appointment for some other day. They did not bothered to inform me about the booking cancellation beforehand. contact them to confirm staff availability and do not rely on their appointment confirmation.

It messed up my report even though my bp was very slightly high and this is not uncommon! Learn nursing before you retire. Also, learn to fill a form correctly, you know you cannot! Friendly staff, but they kinda give the impression of wanting to hurry you through aspects of the pre-employment medical, particularly the physical. Parking under the building, entry off Bourke Rd is good.
Completed a pre-employment medical September 2023. Was not provided with a receipt after payment. Have called numerous times to their accounts department with no success getting through and have left messages to call back with no response. I require a copy of the receipt so my employer can reimburse me for the cost of the medical.
