Lovely clean hotel, free airport shuttle busnWith a friendly driver, room service was very yummy at reasonable price. Buffet breaky had a great selection. All in all we had a fabulous stay! Also recommend having a spa that’s by the pool. very relaxing. Thanks so much
I had a pleasant stay hotel rooms are very clean today and big and within easy access to the airport. I was disappointed by the service especially the male senior manager, and because of this I would not stay at this hotel again which is disappointing. If he could have put on his professional hat and resolve a minor discrepancy which someone of his level could have done quite easy but seemed unwilling, not very customer focused or concerned with what he needed to do. I would say he needs some senior management training as he is a let down to all the other staff who were great at this hotel.
Stayed here as a family with young kids. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Communication is great, staff set up the sofa bed and cot for us. Room was well equipped. Easy 5-10 minute drive from the airport, yet not too far away from other areas in Perth. Will stay here again next time : Sterling Restaurant serves up some good food and good range of drinks. Parking is secure, key card controls the gated system.
Good, clean and modern hotel. Close to the airport and with easy access to highway. Good spot to stay during transit. Secure parking.nnWe arrived late and left early. Staff were friendly and the whole process was seamless. I would have given 5 stars but for the fact that the exhaust fan in the bathroom would not turn off.
Great transit hotel that is clean and comfortable close to airport T3/4. Reasonably priced when not peak season.nnUnfortunately restaurant is not exclusively separate to bar therefore the loud, explosive visitors are disruptive and ignorant of the quiet diners.nThe meals are reasonable but breakfast needs dietary options for the cost.nnOverall, great overnighter for short trips, shuttle to airports and front reception are professional and helpful.
