The doctors on site have been fantastic. Unfortunately the front of house staff have been very poor to deal with. I called from 9;45am, until 11:15am, and there was no ring tone, i could not wait in the que as the line was continually disconnected. When I was able to get into the que I waited for 45 minutes until The call was answered. I was advised to book in for test results on Friday so I left work to receive test result. Only to be called on Saturday & advised that I need to return once more for test results. This is poor communication. Common sense is to wait until all results have returned before inviting a patient back. I was given the same results as I was on Friday, further reiterating my point of poor communication.nApart from the receptionist needing a crash course in administration, the doctors are very thorough and caring. I do recommend them, but for the love of the almighty, be prepaid if you need to call for a very long & frustrating wait.
The booking systems needs to be more realistic. Never have I had a booked appointment and got attended on time. Patients would wait AT LEAST 45mins even on a mid weekday lunch break time. I understand, extended gp appointments, but make the available slots/gaps in your booking system more realistic. Wasting people’s tim, only good side is they have very nice reception staffs compared to the big medical centre next to Woolies, those people in the counter are absolutely burned out and big time rude!!
3 starts only due to the doctors. Both Dr. Priyanka and Dr. Irfan are good. However, the booking system needs change. The wait time is almost an hour or more even after making a prior appointment. And it wasn’t just once. Every time I make an appointment, I have to wait for an hour of my scheduled time.
Dr Rashid Iqbal, is my family GP, very patient and help to diagnosed the symptoms and great fantastic family doctor we have experience.nnThank you so much for your great service.
THANK YOU EVERYONE AT INGLEBURN VILLAGE MEDICAL CENTRE! I was urgently needing vaccinations before I go overseas and they managed to squeeze me in to get prescriptions for them. I went next door to Priceline to purchase the vaccines and got vaccinated by the medical centre’s nurse straight after. And this was all done within an hour.
