Extremely fun day out with the kids. Next time I will be booking a table for the group because the space can be limited when trying to eat. Other than that, my son had fun and loved the frozen drinks. This place definitely builds up confidence.
We’d like to say a huge thank you to Will for the amazing way he looked after our kids. He treated them with the utmost respect and genuine care, engaging with them the whole time and making sure they had the best experience. They had such a fun-filled day that they were completely worn out, both fast asleep in the car on the way home!nnThanks again, Will, for being such a great host. Your kindness, energy, and professionalism really stood out, and we’re so grateful our children were in such good hands.
Okay first of all, it has always been my dream to go to a place like this! I have read many good reviews,however they're is employees walking around supervising the kids,great so why would the parents have to be there to watch them we are both sixteen years old,old enough to look after ourselves. We arnt going to get sucked into one of the bouncy castle's or eaten by a 2 years old,your allowed to leave your kids at the town pool My parents would only be gone shopping for two hours.nwe have got a refund but! It was NOT the right amount of money we paid from the start.nWhy would we need to be supervised, we are both sixteen.They're are employees walking around supervising anyway?
Very disappointing experience.nThe staff work extremely slowly and clearly can’t handle their basic tasks. I ordered a simple coffee and ended up waiting almost 20 minutes for it, even though the place was not that busy.
Incredible staff, and lovely space for a birthday partynKids had so much fun and parents toonI’ll definitely be back for another party!
