Not enough staff. Patients treated like inmates of prison. Family prevented from seeing loved ones - even through a window!! Insane policies/rules. Regularly keeps elderly loved ones outside in cold/wet conditions while running the gauntlet of paperwork, RAT tests, putting on excessive PPE etc for 30 minutes or more. Disgusting. My Mum is suffering and so is rest of family.
Beautiful setting building itself is old as are some of the rooms, has great food and really great staff the manager is a really lovely person very informative and has a lovely caring nature
Wonderful nursing home. My mother has resided there for 5 years and she's very happy. All the staff are friendly and work hard to make sure she has all she needs and feels safe.
It's a lovely looking home and the food is sensational
