Our local Indian restaurant was closed on the Monday evening when we wanted a curry, but as we drove past Beaurepaire we smelt this wonderful aroma, then saw the food van. The owner suggested great ideas to meet our requests, and we have been back several times. We enjoy chatting to our local community and food providers, and discussing the issues. I am glad that our takeaway comes in a cardboard bag, but keep forgetting to say we don't need the plastic cutlery placed inside as we eat at home. So maybe this could be an opt-in when asked. The van is open every evening, so stop and try it. Coming from Birmingham, England, I have always found it easy to know great food when I taste it. The chefs are excellent at combining ingredients and have all the skills, equipment and techniques to produce the best meals. They can easily offer delicious vegan and vegetarian options, so go and talk to them. They are very friendly and welcoming. A great addition to Moonah!
Very poor customer services. Once we called them they say low price. But after we go there they charge high price. Also food quality is very bad. I cant recommend this place.
Just ordered a Mango Lassi - the sweetness, consistency and thickness was perfect. The portion was a good amount for the price but you'd be hard to tell as I downed it in about a minute cause it was tasty! Will definitely come back to try the other food one day.

Authentic Hydererabadi Biryani in entire Hobart. ordered Mutton/Lamb Biryani Chicken Biryani Egg fried Rice Every item is so tasty and satisfying Very friendly customer service on phone. Order took lot of time more than an hour, mainly because of rotis. Ordered 8 rotis, but only 7 were packed. Curry items were made hot with chillies, and not with spices. Momos were good, rest of the food was ok.
