The essence of Indian cuisine is the blend of right spices in the right quantity. At Indian Spice we recreate these riches from the past while adding to them, the twist of today. We serve variety of Indian cuisine, mainly dishes and breads cooked in the clay oven ("Tandoor"). Meats and vegetables are cooked slowly in either tomato, onion, ground nut based or vegetable cased sauces, which are expertly seasoned according to the type of dish. Fine ingredients and fresh vegetables are used to prepare healthy and nutritious food for each of our patrons.

Adherence to hygiene and top quality, is what brings our clients to the restaurant time and again. The food was delicious and the portions generous. Service was very fast. Great menu selection, including around a dozen vegetarian options. You can choose mild, medium or hot for spice. Staff were knowledgeable and polite. The restaurant is pleasant and there is outside dining. Good value for money. Great location near the beach and the Stamford Grand Hotel.
Food was really good. We had Volcanic hot Chicken Vindaloo and hot lamb madras. If you like hot spicy food, this had the perfect amount of heat. Your lips and tongue get that tingle. Garlic, cheese and chilli Naan was FRICKIN awesome. Didn't wait long for meals, service was quick and friendly.
Based on taste alone, the food was quite good. It allowed us to gain access to a range of curry selections. The flavours tasted good - a 7/10 for most curries. The garlic naan was good - 8/10. The dessert was alright. Overall not a bad place and in a very convenient location in Mosely Square.

Best Indian I've had in a long time and reasonably priced. Good amounts of meat and not too much sauce as I've found with others I generally avoid lamb at Indian restaurants as it's generally not been the best quality, however no issues here. Definitely recommend and will go again
This was our first visit to this famed Indian joint. Loved the non-veg platter served sizzling on a hot plate! The mains of goat curry and balti chicken were equally impressive to go with rice and garlic naan. Topped it with a splendid mango kulfi! Amazing location makes it a perfect place for a weekend get together with family and friends.
We had the Malai Kofta my favourite, goat curry, chicken madrasi and lamb kadai. Naan was soft and tasty. Size servings may be a tad small for some. A bit pricey so will go there for special occasions.
Indian Spice is located at 5 Mosley Square, opposite the tram terminus. This small tenancy provides quality Indian food and bats well above its weight in terms of food, service and cleanliness. I would recommend a combination of the chicken tikka, chicken madras, lamb Rogan Josh, Beef Korma, roti and rice. A bottle of the Nepenthe Pinot Gris is a great compliment to the food.
From all our group we would like to thank you this incredible team of professionals for the best food and sevice ever we are so glad that we choose this restaurant for our special occasion. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed everything
The butter chicken curry I had here was unreal! So tasted! Everything I wanted from an Indian dish. The staff were very friendly and the service was very quick. Nice Indian atmosphere about the place with some Indian music gently in the background. I would come back here anytime I felt like having Indian food! Plus it’s right next to the beach for a walk after to let the food go down.
