I guess everyone needs to level up their streetwear styling with ADER Error's youthful approach to minimalism. The brand has been creating cult collections since 2014, with a focus on bold primary colours, paradoxical slogans and mishmash styling. Find it at Incu. Plus, I've gone through some of their recent collections.. Nike, Arcteryx, Carhartt, Auralee.
Incu is located in a cute little lane at QV. The shop is well laid out with a good selection of products. The staff are also nice and helpful. I managed to capture my friend Dirk leaping with happiness outside the store.
First time I've went into a store where their online return policy is way better than their in-store's. You'd expect better return policies for locals that've bought something in-store... If you buy something from the store Online, you have 14 days to return it for any reason for a full refund. Whereas if you buy something In-store, you can't get a full-refund - only an exchange or store credit... Bought an item in-store and went back 2 days later to return it and got declined for a full refund because I didn't buy it Online. In-store purchase return policies are a mad joke here. Have been shopping here for a while and hate to give a 1 star to a one-of-not-many consignment stores in melb, but I will take my business elsewhere from now on since I feel a bit swindled.
I bought a pair of runners online in November as a Christmas present for my daughter. As it turns out, they were a male size 7 instead of female. My mistake. I rang the online contact Sydney number just after Christmas and was told that I could return them in-store at the store's discretion. I took them into the QV store and was assisted by Felix, who offered me a full refund minus postage without any fuss, even though it fell outside their returns guidlines. Very easy transaction with courtesy and good cheer to boot. Purchased the correct size men 5 online to keep my daughter happy too.
Decent variety of different brands including more affordable brands like Nike, Incu to middle priced brands and luxury. Pleasantly surprised to find brands like yoke, Lemaire and acne. Might find some gems on sale as well. Store is worth a browse. Staff seemed available and friendly.
When an employee chooses to answer a phone call when they are in the middle of serving an in person customer something is wrong.. if you need to take the call probably say “can you hold” or “can we call you back”.. as I am typically a person of patience so I waited and waited. However it was a really bizarrely long call and the guy really looked after the ‘phone in’ customer who might never come in more than me.. If incu wants to charge the prices they ask for and set themselves up as a boutique go to store then certain expectations arise from customers… it’s not rocket science.
It was a great shop once. And that was almost 20 years ago. Now they just souless clothes selections and some zombie shop assistants with an attitude stronger than the clothes they are selling.
Had a very pleasant shopping experience in store with the help of Sara. She was very warm-hearted and provided exceptional service.
Yea pretty good. Gets busy but maybe that’s just cause I’m from New Zealand
Always had very helpful staff and stock is plentiful. Would recommend for a browse
