I have been there with my wife because it's nearest gym to our home. It was our first visit to the gym in our life. We had shown our interest to join. We also mentioned them that we are moving to Truganina within three months. So she offered us three months package at @ $24 per week. She also mentioned that they have @$11 per week package for those who pays for two years contract. At the time of the payment, I said that I'll pay full amount $286. I have paid full amount on the first visit day. Then I have checked there website at home. I found that they provide one month free trial. I am not feeling good about not being transparent and customer centric by the staff who have accepted our payment because we are unknown to the gym market. She could offered us one month free trial to both of us before we commit to pay. But she has accepted the payment and took the advantage of inbound customers. It only shows that management loves money more than a customer. (I have for my wife, my wife is a member of the gym.)

Is a good place. Would get better rating if there were a few changes. It would be good to have some trainers around if you just had a question. The place could do with more fans. It would be fantastic if it could have a play area for kids like my friends gym does!

Friendly staff and good service. I attend the classes and instructors are amazing at what they do. Parking space is good at times but there is some free, near the werribee train station. Fees is cheap compared to other gym.
The only thing I can fault that there is no sauna, pool and steam room facilities. Also not much exercise equipment.

They get u into a bond of a year and if you relocate they ask you for more money to stop the direct debits. Moreover the traners are no good

Beautiful gym with awesome equipment. The staff are approachable and supportive and extremely attentive to members needs. Always clean and fresh!! Recommend a million times over!!
