Obviously bad day below, really pretty good now. Staff move around like snails. That is by the time I saw anyone. I thought there was no nurses realised by 9.30 now & number 2 has gone in, lucky I am number 6 not 20
The opening time was till 12noon, but even before 11:30 am they stopped taking patients, saying couldn't accept more people, there was no declaration on the website or even on-site, after waiting for 15mins someone came and told me that they couldn't take me in, because already people waiting and can't accept more people.
Been to Fosters rd twice in the last month with my son. The ladies were polite, professional and quick. It was a full waiting room, just had to wait our turn.
Hopeless service. Ladies taking bloods out are standing and talking. They not even bothered to take the bloods out. Then another 2 ladies came which makes 4 ladies and all standing and talking. Someone really needs to look onto this. The wait times are high because the Staffs are lazy and talking. Really needs work done here urgently.
Absolutely disgusting wait times. I don't understand how there can be over a 1 hour wait time when you're 5th in line and 3 people on. Only to find out they can't do the blood test because they've run out of supplies. So almost 2 hours of my time my kids toddler and baby waisted.
The lady I saw at sa pathology this morning was incredibly rude. Made me feel like I was wasting her time. Pointed her finger at me and told me to wait when I hadn't even said anything to her yet. Very rude
Staff were okay. Pretty busy in the morning, had to wait around an hour. Afternoons probably less busier.
Great staff always very pleasant Busy place so pick your time
Very Terrible and racist staff here. I would never want to visit back again. The staff have a bad attitude and made me feel like they are doing me a favour.
