If I could, I wouldn't give any star to this place ،I sent them an email to ask for a fix sound surround amplifier,They asked me to bring it to have a look after they told me that the cost would be about $100, and they didn't ask me to bring anything else, I took it to them and they told me tomorrow it will be ready, to be surprised two hours later, they sent a message asking for the main unit and I have told them that I can only come on Tuesday and I live away from them,I replied again, but they did not answer me until a week, so I took them what they wanted, to be surprised again after a day they ask me with a message to bring the remote control.I answered them with a message why you didn't tell me what you wanted from the first time, I live far from you and I can only come on Tuesday, but without any response, and after I went to them with the remote control, they still didn't touch the piece for repair, so I asked them if he could fix it or look at it in half to see if they could fix it and they said they can't they're too busy, I told them that I no longer want to fix it, just return it to me, and they simply returned it to me without any apology for the number of times I went to them in vain. I think a repairman who understands his work well knows well what he wants in advance. I don't know how customers rate you and what ? Really flawed and unprofessional way of working.
My very special Pioneer CD player broke down recently, it just stopped!!! After several unsuccessful searches to find a company who could maybe fix it Pioneer steered me to Impulse Audiovisual in Altona North. They were fantastic! Friendly, proactive and prompt with letting me know what the problem was. Plus their charges were very reasonable. So a win win for me, Thanks Impulse Audio.
Thoughtful and great communication! I dropped off a broken pair of Yamaha headphones at jbhifi to be fixed and they were sent here. I was concerned there would be an out of pocket cost even though they were under warranty but Callum somehow managed to get a brand new replacement pair free of charge! I had called other places previously and they just said that they didn't get the replacement parts I needed and it wasn't covered. He kept me in the loop as well, which jbhifi didn't do at all, very appreciated.
Excellent customer service. Very quick completion of the job. Very knowledgeable and accessible technician. Helped me with the device manufacturer to obtain a brand new model outside of the 3 years' warranty. Highly recommend this business. Very reliable with great prices.
Had an LG tv with a manufacturing defect. They fixed it under warranty even though it was purchased 4 years ago. They are humble and friendly, picked up and fixed my issue fairly quickly. Overall very impressed with their service. Highly recommend.
Great work - Callum and his team repaired an LG screen very well. Would go to them again if any LG things break down
Very unhappy with the service, I asked them to make an honest report, instead they were trying to prove themselves for LG. They used a screen with a black background in their report to prove that I don't have black lines in my screen. In same report they used one low quality photo out of many good ones they took themselves to prove that the lines are insignificant. Everything else was emailed to the manager to describe the quality of the service. And I waiting now for an answer form Lg about an internal document that they claimed that they have, and they cannot share. This document says that these lines are normal, but if I knew anything about these lines, I would never buy this tv. This company now owes me 176$ for misleading!! Note: This part is added after the owner's replay. You technician admitted seeing the noise during the soccer match and during the cartoon, but in his report he said it is visible only with solid grey screen. Your technician refused to turn off the lights to avoid the reflections on the screen. Please see the attached photos and tell me if this is a kind of specification. Now I have to pay someone else to come and have a Look at my tv, and to see if the photos that I am showing are true.
My LG monitor was repaired, it was a delicate procedure that could have gone pear shaped but Callum and his team delivered at the end.
Very good service. Responsive and friendly. It might have been possible to pay slightly less, somewhere else, but to get my problem solved within half a day was amazing.
Very happy to have found Impulse Audio Visual, after an ongoing argument with LG regarding my 75” TV and getting no help at all, I simply explained my issue to nick over the phone and he knew straight away the problem and had parts ordered and TV repaired and working better than new in only a couple of days. I can also say that they have Excellent communication, and customer service, staff very friendly and helpful, excellent repair time frame and costs. Will definitely be using you guys again for any repairs needed.
