We booked Imperial Spice at Shellharbour to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and the experience was truly memorable. Not every restaurant does this these days, but they surprised us with a beautiful token of love — a framed “Happy Birthday” message — which genuinely made our day and left a lasting impression.nThe food was excellent, full of flavour and perfectly balanced. Everything was on point. The Chicken Chilli was absolutely mouth-watering, and the cheese and garlic naan is a must-try. The desserts were beautifully presented, and the lassi was spot on — refreshing and authentic.nThe staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Special mention to Saif — such a helpful and kind person. In fact, the whole team went above and beyond to make our celebration special.nThey have a wide variety of Indian and Nepalese dishes on the menu, so there’s something for everyone. We were impressed not only by the food but also by the genuine service and warm hospitality.nWe will definitely be coming back again. Thank you, Imperial Spice, for the amazing food and outstanding service that made our celebration so special.
Excellent Indian food with stand out flavors!!!Really enjoyed the food here — proper, comforting Indian flavours done well. The biryani was generous and aromatic, with well-separated rice and balanced spices, not oily or heavy.nnThe Chicken Madras had great depth — rich, warming, and full of flavour without overwhelming heat.nnA special mention for the coconut rice, which was the standout of the meal. Light, fragrant, and subtly sweet, it paired beautifully with the curries and elevated the whole plate.
Everything was sooo good! We really loved the chicken chowmein, and we also ordered biryani for takeaway — it was delicious too. They even offered us sweets. Overall, it was a great experience!
Absolutely divine..... very romantic.... the food was unbelievably tasty... and so much to eat, we took left overs home ..... highly recommend
Some of the best Indian meals we have ever had and for a great price ! They had forgotten a Naan bread and we didn't double check or notice , we got called and told we forgot a naan and they came within minutes to deliver it. So kind and so honest and most places would just apologise or not even let you know. I recommend this place 1000 procent ! The spinach palak paneer was to die for.
