Brett is the best draftsman i found through all others. Reasonable price ,Efficient  process, responsible to his task! Very Very helpful when i have no idea who should i hire to do the right job... He listed each task with each price make it super clear. Even at the beginning i asked to refund  my deposit due to my own issue.. he was still friendly and transferred me immediately. That was very impressive. So i decided to give him the job. At the end, im really satisfied. Strongly recon to others.

Brett from Impact Design and Drafting was fantastic to work with. He provided a high level of customer service, kept us updated, and was very professional through the whole process. He delivered drafting plans better than promised in a short time frame and will be going back to Brett for our next project of raising our house.

Overall I was extremely satisfied with the service from Brett at Impact Design. Brett was very knowledgeable, everything was completed quickly and on time, and he was also able to help out with some more general advice.

Brett recently designed and drafted my house renovation. Brett's ideas dramatically changed the concept of the design for the better. So glad I enlisted his expertise, it was money well spent.
