At "Imagine That" we offer a professional photography experience in the convenience of a shopping centre environment. You can expect to see beautiful handmade props, amazing designer outfits, hats, jewellery and other embellishments that will allow our highly trained professional photographers to get that "perfect shot" and create a truly memorable experience!

Staff were lovely and really good with my daughter. Considering my daughter is constantly on the run they were very helpful when we were waiting for her photo shoot, helping me entertain her and try and keep her happy. The photographer were great and making her feel comfortable and happy. She was full of giggles and smiles making the session smooth and quick considering she was tired. The final images were gorgeous and high quality, which of course convinced us to get a pack rather than just our complementary image. The payment plans are fantastic for when you really can afford the up front payment. All our the communication was professional and quick to respond.
If is possible, I will definitely rate 0 for this doggy company. At beginning, they dragged us to stop to have a free photo. Who care about one free photo? It was just because their service at beginning was not bad. We asked about copy right and digital copy, everything sounds good. When we pick up the photo, they not only change the staff, but also changed their faces. No patient and no respect, I felt awful. This is because they took use of the love of a family to their child, so they thought you wouldn’t give up these photos. Digital copies asked for many hundreds, and more for printing. Everyone knows the printing causes less than one dollar each, but they sale it very expensive. It is the worst customer service I have ever seen. Their price is not reasonable at all. I will never ever touch such doggy company again. Also, a reminder to parents, remember to check their website, in case they used your child's photos without approval from you. Worst service I have ever seen in Australia and so disappointed.
My partner got roped into getting photos of our daughter and sent me to pick them up. While I loved the photos, they are extremely over priced and the pushy attitude of the lady was annoying. She said "Oh c'mon look at them they're beautiful, how could you not buy them?". Well, first of all I wasn't expecting to have to pay $2000 for photo's so yeah it was a hard decision! Was told if I left a review I would get more sent in the mail- never got them. The photos were very cute and I bought a couple but I won't ever do this again- they're money makers. I'd rather use a local photographer !
Had a wonderful experience with this company at Tweed city. The ladies at the photoshoot made both my girls giggle and got some great photos. They worked really quick before the tantrums might start too. Was able to pick up my free photo and keyring without having to pay anything : I later that day decided to purchase the prints digitally so I could print and share with family and they were happy to send some the files over after payment. Thank you for the beautiful pics!
I have used imagine that over the last 4 years for my family photos. They always come out fantastic and its quick and easy at out closest shopping centre. Their payment plans help with paying off their larger photo packages. Their prints are good and you get a lot of value compared to other photography places. Would recommend and continue to do my photos with them in future.
The quality of the photos are outstanding and the photographer was incredibly kind when we were taking our pictures. She was very patient with our child and made sure he wasn't uncomfortable. All in all a positive experience. The lady at our appointment also didn't pressure us into buying anything, she was very accommodating even when I requested 5 minutest to think about it.
Wow. Cannot believe the astronomical prices that this company charges. My wife and I attended our appointment today to view our photos that we had taken of our then 4 week old son. The photos were laid out and they were great photos. We had every intention of making a purchase until we were told the price. $70 for one print! ONE! We were told packages were the better value, but the cheapest package was over $500. We were given our free photo as promised and while it was nice, it wasn't the best of the ones taken. When my wife then said that we wouldn't be paying $70 for a photo, the lady abruptly started to pack up all the photos, handed us our freebie and said 'Thanks, have a nice day.' I asked if there was any negotiating, but I was told no. All those beautiful photos, wasted. We were told they will now be discarded. What a waste. It's ludicrous to charge that much for photos, especially when the setting is in a busy shopping centre and you have to wait around for an hour like we did for our turn. This company would rather shred your beautiful photos then give affordable options. They're statement to that was 'We're running a business here.' Very disappointed. Would not recommend.
My experience with Imagine That was a EXCELLENT experience from start to finish they were kind and friendly. The photographer and staff on the day of the photo shoot made it a pleasant experience and fun for my kids, who had a blast doing it. All of the photos where amazing. The sale Lady I had was Denni and she was professional, kind and very helpful and did not force anything on me. So my experience showed me that there was still a good Kids photography company out there. I would HIGHLY recommend other parents to give them a chance....
Highly recommend! You will not be disappointed with this amazing service & their wonderful staff. It is a great opportunity to capture timeless snapshots of your kiddies, with no obligation to purchase anything & the very lucky reward of a free photo from any session. We have used this service a few times & have always adored the images from each and every session. Please if your wandering through the shops- take the time to let your little ones feel like a little model whilst having some gorgeous moments captured on camera!
I had an overall pleasant experience with imagine that photography. The photographer was professional and was really with the kids. I went reviewing my photos today and they are amazing. Thank you for capturing the precious moment of my kids. The only problem I had is the sales person said I would get two different photos for the two key rings I ordered on the day the photo was taken. However, the ones I got today are same photos on them.
