Monica Garang was my property manager for 3 years but I moved onto another rental, but she was the best property manager I have ever dealt with. She's kind, her emails/replies are always so fast, she cares about her clients and always makes sure that their problems have solutions. If I ever was to rent out a home I would absolutely get Monica to do this for me. I highly recommend Image Property and Monica. Thank you so much.
I have been using Image Property as rental property managers for some years now. I have found them reliable and responsive and I very much appreciate their approach to finding and managing suitable tenants. In recent times, I’ve been dealing directly with Kahlia Wells. She is readily available to discuss any issues.
Property managers are responsive, polite and professional. I dealt with Tayla, Shanae and Michaela during my tenancy, all were great property managers and very helpful. We had a few little quirks during the tenancy but I think this was more landlord related than Image’s fault.
I switched to image property a few years ago and they've managed my property wonderfully. Everything from seeking quotes to get work done on the property. The communication and platforms they are using the communicate just keep getting better. I would highly recommend giving image property ago. You won't be disappointed.
Friendly,͏ knowledgeable, and happy to answer questions. Jamie Rivett made our purchase process smooth and painless. It was our first home purchase and I'd heard good and bad stories about agents, but Jamie was definitely in the good crowd. He wasn't pushy, but always ready to answer questions. We never felt pressured, but he was always nearby ready to assist with answers and advice.
Excellent service for a fair price. We have used Image Property in Brisbane for 6 years initially to manage a rental property and subsequently the rental of our own home, furnished, while we were travelling. Prior to using Image Property we tried two other agencies and were disappointed with both of them. Image Property are different. They have consistently delivered excellent service and we have been allocated a Property Manager who is our single point of contact, despite our two properties falling in different areas one is closer to the Aspley branch, the other is closer to the West End branch, which works very well for us. I think the biggest challenge for any Property Manager is displaying good judgement as to what to contact us about for instructions, what to manage and tell us about afterwards, and what to do in the background without us ever needing to know. Our current Property Manager, Emily, displays excellent judgement, is helpful, responsive, has provided us with great advice, and is prepared to go the extra mile. I recommend Image Property who in our experience offer a great service for a fair price.
Image Property are absolutely amazing to deal with. The team are very professional, polite, friendly and always communicating updates. Special mention to Michaela Caires from the Aspley office who looks after me so well for my needs and requirements. One happy customer indeed. Highly recommend!
We purchased from Hayden during covid and were not able to view the property. His helpful well-mannered outstanding service was much appreciated. Monica Garang alone with her manager and other team members have been amazing in the positive efficient well communicated, well documented management of the property as a rental. We haven't even started our tenancy agreement which begins tomorrow, and Emily Munro has already disappointed us. We had agreed on an appointment with her, to take measurements of our new place, but she didn't show up or even contact us with a phone call or text. The first appointment she didn't show up because she didn't have the keys, and the second appointment, she was sick, but still no phone call o text to let us know before hand. She is not answering our phone calls or emails. We contacted the office, and they apologized for everything, but we have already missed two days of work to make ourselves available to visit the property. Now, one day before moving in, we can't even buy the appliances because we don't know the measurements
I’ve had dealings with this realestate for a year and they’ve been wonderful since I moved in, they were kind and helpful and got onto maintenance issues straight away. Every time I went into the office the reception ladies were nice, and professional at what they do. It was also nice dealing with just one agent instead of several agents like other realestates in the past, gives it that personal and professional relationship.
