I would never recommend this place to anyone! I went and got my son's ipad screen replaced and it didn't even last 3 days! I sent an email notifying them that this had happened and asked for a replacement as on my receipt it's stated 3 month warranty which I received no reply so I called them on the phone to be told on the phone that the 3 month warranty didn't cover glass. They were not interested in helping me out even when I stated that the ipad was given back to me with a visible chip on the inside of the screen but I guess they were only interested in my money! I have just wasted $150, I have a broken ipad which is making home schooling almost impossible. Ilab give yourselves a pat on the back!
Super friendly guys at the shop. I took an iphone 6 in for a replacement battery. Same day repair, and so much cheaper than having to buy a new phone. Highly recommend to anyone looking to fix there devices.
My family and I have had our phones repaired here multiple times over the years since they opened for business and haven't had any qualms with their service at all! I think people need to understand that mobile repairs are a delicate task and sometimes the extra time is needed to ensure a repair is done to a high standard or quality, because if not then you will all be complaining that it is not done properly anyway. We have experienced a couple of faulty products in the past with them but they have always been professional and accommodating and have no issues with us bringing the phones back in to asses and replace the parts! its understandable - sometimes things go wrong and parts can be faulty but we LOVE it there! Fast, friendly & reliable - definitely will keep recommending them to all our friends and family!
Had an emergency and needed an immediate screen replacement. My phone was repaired and ready within 15 minutes while I got to enjoy a complimentary coffee from the petrol station across the road which also has very friendly staff.
Dropped off my S9 with a cracked screen in the morning. I was told to come back at noon for pickup and the phone was ready. These guys are the real deal no beating around the bush come back next day or next week. They provide what they promise. Great and honest service.
The worst customer service I have ever received. Took my iPhone5 in to replace the charger port. After getting it back it seemed all good, but charger port started stopped working after a few days. Took it back under warranty and this is when it all went down hill. I could not contact them and supposedly what was to take a few hours took 3 days. Got the phone back and immediately found charger was not working properly and battery was discharging within 2 hours. Took it back again and now they tell the motherboard needs replacing. The phone only had charge port problem and now has mother board problem that was caused by their incompetence. They gave some far fetched story that they were not the cause for the mother board issue, but could fix it for an extra charge, so much for warranty for work done. They would not give me a refund for the original work done unless they put the original charger port back and still charge me $30 service fee...what a joke. I left in disgust, $80 poorer and with a phone with a faulty charger port and mother board. Please be warned, never go near these crooks who do not know what they are doing.
Slap happy, don't care, but it still cost plenty. I wouldn't even give it one star if it wasn't required to post this. Just had my cracked iPad 4 screen replaced and had a protective glass added by this "business" for my grandson's school work. It broke the following day when I went to install a simple protective cover over it. Very little pressure required, or used, but still the screen cracked badly. When I took it back the following work day, they refused any warranty or even good will, since it happened virtually straight away. Very slap happy work. Even the excuses were pathetic. Very costly mistake to bring it here. My suggestion, don't go near this place if you want your devices repaired properly, especially if you want those repairs to last.
Got a screen replacement. Very quick turn around, friendly service and cheap. Screen is unresponsive to touch in one spot, other then that I have nothing to complain about. Would be 5 stars if it wasn’t for the one part of the screen that doesn’t respond. Still pleased with the service. 9/10.
