In the last few months - I was sold day old bread that was presented as fresh - I was directly told "we make coffee here" when I went in to buy bread with a coffee from elsewhere - Staff approached a customer in an intimidating way when the customer was making a complaint Will not shop there again. When the bread was good it really was "the best bread in reservoir" as the owners like to claim, but it's not worth navigating the minefield of customer service

I use always buy donuts from here, today I brought one and there was only the custard on the top, and inside as little than 5cent piece - the donut tasted old not fresh - I throw it out. I think it under new owners who are trying to cut costs - terrible and disappointing
