The food looked more healthy than expected for a food court, so I gave it a try. Packed full of flavours, highly recommended for a non-oily meal.
Love all their food. Tasty and healthy. My favorite is probably the tart and bean pie.
Was my regular lunch spot 9 out of 10 days. Salad serving size now greatly reduced and price increased to $13.90 for salad!. It is now really poor value. Guess it is time to find a new lunch venue.
My go-to place when I am in CBD Sydney either on business or leisure. This is as good as food-court style meals go. Clean, good quality and wholesome food, though the price is on the dearer side for "fast food".
Tasty good whole some food, lasagna was delicious and salad dressing too Just need to change from plastic cutlery to eco friendly alternative.
I use to love this place it was my go to for lunch but I unfortunately found a massive bug in my burger. I was informed it is to do with their head kitchen, which is concerning as they supply food to all the stores.

Food was okay, the spicy curry was not spicy at all but rather tasteless. Staff was nice.
I used to get lunch here often but the last two times I have been served stale bread it was rock solid so clearly very old. The food here isn't fresh and the staff never seem to care when I have returned to ask for a refund. They brand themselves as healthy and nutritious, you clearly don't get what you pay for at iku.
Delicious and healthy vegetarian and vegan food.
