Just a 3 min drive from the shop, texted me when my item was readywes ready by the time I got to my car, got to the warehouse, plenty of parking, went inside and item was ready and waiting on a trolly. Too easy.
Very cool. Has everything. Anything for your room that you could think of.
The single worst delivery experience I have ever had. I moved from NZ to AU. IKEA delivered the furniture outside of the house having paid for it to be put in the house.nnFurniture was stolen and a friend of mine was confronted when someone was taking the furniture.nnIKEA’s response was to give me a refund for the stolen item but no apology as to why they did not bring it into the house despite the house being open.nnOn top of this I paid for assembly but the person did not turn up. They then asked me to sorry it out myself and said I should try Airtasker.nnVery poor service, I am sure for some they are fine - but delivery and online are poor for me,
We always love going to IKEA to get our office sorted!
Charging for click or collect or a parcel increasing the quantity to 2 tripped the delivery. So what I'm meant to make 2 orders just to get cheaper delivery.nnWhat a horrible business planning I won't even buy anything from them.
