It is a pick-up point, not the store, where you get mostly bulky or chunky items or orders, which are not available at the store.nnAs part of IKEA, staffs are friendly and nice. Functioning as pick-up point, staffs will do their best to serve you as quick as possible.nnParking spots are available for 12-ish cars? Didn't count it but basically almost always be available, as people simply come to pick up their order and leave immediately.
Danny is a magician. Went above and beyond to help me with coordinating a delivery at like 8:30pm. These people will actually help. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.
Quick turn around and 0 wait time. Only disadvantage is that it's located a 5 Min drive away from the main store.
Disgusting online experience never buying from ikea again.nnOrdered two bookshelves online both said available for delivery, I order them and set a scheduled delivery day. Days later I check my email and see a delivery confirmation email confirming the day for my order, ikea have taken out one bookshelf because I guess they discovered they don’t actually have it in stock so what do they do? Well they didn’t email me about this days earlier, no email to let me know one is unavailable, no email to ask if I’d like to cancel the whole order, no email to ask if I’d like to get an alternative maybe a different color nope just don’t inform me at allI and then continue with just shipping one WITH the full delivery fee I already paid for on both of the bookshelves. I DIDNT ORDER ONE BOOKSHELF I ORDERED TWO TOGETHER I WANT THEM BOTH DELIVERED TOGETHER IF ITS NOT AVAILABLE THEN CHNAGE IT TO UNAVAILABLE DONT WAIT FOR SOMEONE TO ORDER IT AND THEN REALIZE YOU MESSED UP AND THEN PUNISH THE CUSTOMER FOR IT Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional they must hate their customers.
Good size Ikea with all you expect. Access by car is difficult, you need to drive up 3 levels, the loading area is hard to find. Suggest you enter via the exit to avoid having to walk the whole store when buying end store products.
