I have been with iinet since I connected to the internet many years ago. When I have had a problem, I have found the technical service, excellent. The technicians patient, and explaining the process clearly. I transferred to the NBN without a problem. There are a variety of plans to choose from, all well priced.
Somehow they manage to make and keep things simple, and are consistent with this. Used to be a customer until about 5 years, only because I moved and they didn't have coverage. I re-joined about six months ago, and happier than ever.
iiNet has always shown the best customer service. This is important to me. They stay with you until a problem is fixed. I am 70 years old, have had a lot of Companies to deal with, iiNet is by far the best, I have even worked for Telstra. iiNet must treat their staff well to achieve their excellant service.
