When you get charged through the nose for items, it’s considered basic customer service to actually service the customer needs. So when you stand there and do nothing after putting the items through the register, I am going to take my sweet time bagging the items. Lazy & failed to demonstrate any customer care.
Good store with good customer service and stock
Always there when I can't be bothered going in to the supermarkets at Brookside. Perfect for a quick purchase, whether it's some lunch, paper towel, milk or a sneaky treat.
So expensive and not open long enough at night
Was here one time and a man tried to steal 4 cans of Heinz Spaghetti Tomato Sauce 130g. A red-headed employee here picked up one of the cans dropped by the thief and throw it at least 50 metres to hit the man on the head and knock him out. Really quite spectacular.
