Used the self checkout today transaction was successful and EFTPOS machine showed successful, attended stopped me at door claiming transaction was unsuccessful charged my card manually again.nI showed the cashier where 2x charges were on my bank account, she called the owner and because they didn't know how to process a refund I was told it's my problem to dispute with my bank.nBeware terrible service and will charge your card twice.n....nBelow reply from owner incorrect.nNo refund at the time.nRefund only given next day after I contacted store manager Troy and voice my opinion about how poorly I was treated, then only was refund done.
Without a doubt this is the nicest supermarket I have come across in the Gold Coast/Brisbane area. Sure, it’s a bit pricey - but this supermarket has an amazing variety of good quality foods which you won’t find in your average Joe supermarket. There is a range of sushi, cheese, meats, kitchen foods, baking and that’s before you even get to the aisles of regular supermarket foods. But instead of having a row of the same product, there are multiple options condensed into the aisles - and nearly staked. The staff are on top of topping up and stocking shelves. A wonderful experience and a perfect supermarket for a small shop or even for a weekly shop for most people.
Was in this morning and must say your new barista is so nice and friendly and very welcoming. I came in with an NDIS client whom dosen't take to men easly but he was brilliant jokeing and laughing joining in on aour fun best addition to go with the rest of your friendly staff.
Incredibly disappointing service from Deli Staff today. The staff member who approached my husband from the butchery section was ok, not great but ok. The Deli employee who finally arrived was appauling. Too hard it would appear to smile or show any interest let alone customer service which you expect from IGA. There are others who want to work and would no doubt enjoy a job in IGA. If you’re unhappy, leave and find something else. Customers should not have to put up with miserable service. Happy New Year!
Seemed like the staff needed more support. Struggling to keep on top of workload. Mess was accumulating, staff were clearly needing assistance. Good on them for trying. Owners?
