Not good. Uses the global financial crisis to price gouge for profit. Often has half empty shelves. Prices at the checkout are often higher than stated and you can’t see as they don’t show on a screen. You have to ask for a receipt and check it. Seriously, this happens as often as not. They mix in old stock with new and mark it down. I had off chicken tenders mixed with new and discounted. They’re lucky if they don’t kill someone doing that.

The customer screen is constantly out so you can not see how much you are being charged per item until you have paid and checked your receipt.nThe shop is littered with buckets every time it rains.nYes I am a daily shopper get your act together and I’ll update my review to reflect.nThis was a great IGA now your slipping literally on the floorsnYour greatest asset is your staff are wonderful.
My local store. I am a regular have been for the past 4 years. But this was the first time they failed me. I preordered a roast pork for fathers day,I Pacifically asked for the biggest roast pork to Feed 7 ppl. I've gave plenty of notice, and I be picking up between 3 to 4pm , I turned up to picked my ordered up. And there was this tiny roast pork sitting in a plastic bag, it must have been sitting there all day has the cracking was Soaky, and they were going to charge me $30 for this,and there was no way it would have fed 7 ppl, I was so so disappointed n upset , I left the pork n went to Coles n brought the pork myself and had to cook it. I will never ever preordered anything from IGA again. NEVER .
Lovely service. Could do with better prices on most of their products, but some things were cheaper than Woolies or Coles or Aldi so no complaints there.
