Lining up at the deli for 5 minutes. It’s a sad sad reality. Not because the line is long but because the staff are forced to babysit the alcohol aisile because they presumably get robbed constantly. A sad of affairs truly.
I shop here some times & love there deli However there bakery section isn't any where near the mark in quality, taste, selection & value. They have to many expensive items that few people buy & they always run out of the more affordable items. It's an easy fix, not rocket science. They also have low stock of there items on special, most folks miss out, even if your an iga member which l am. I hope they can improve these things as l would like to support them much more in the future.
Very very small.nnI got an older lady who was very rude short talking bad in a very mean way. She was really unpleasant to deal with.nI also got some bread and when I got home I realised she ripped me off.nI also got a 4 pack of alcohol the was 20 dollars and she tried changing me for 4 individual drinks so she tried ripping me off again not just 50c like $8 so was very unhappy about it.nnThis shop is closer to me the walking all the way to Safeway or Coles and I would rather walk the extra 15 to 20 minutes extra each way then go back to this place.... Very upsetting so much for being for the community.
Baby formula went up from $31 to $44 overnight. Will never go back again. Disgraceful
I must say the shop is one of the best igas i have seen. However, the 1 star rating is because of the customer service i received at the express checkout/cigarette counter.. the gentleman i came in with got served, and then i was completely ignored. Maybe a call for someone to help would have been a good option
