1st time coming to this location. Found it on Facebook, where a lot of people said, it's open on Good Friday,, it was thank you for being open. I found everything I needed. The staff were all very friendly & helpful.
This store has price discrepancies. The ticketed item may say one price however when scanned at the register the item is a slightly higher price.nNo receipts are provided unless you, the customer asks for one.nBecause I had consistently asked for the item to be free or a refund on the item because of the discrepancy, I am no longer welcome at this store and have been told to leave , on the last 2 occasions.nnThere is no scanning policy displayed.nnThe new owners are quite rude.
went there today at 1:20pm 22/08/25 and got a pork & gravy roll, girl in the kitchen area was lovely. Unfortunately the pork roll was completely cold, not even slighty warm... must be something wrong with your bain marie. Then at the front, the girl was on her phone when I got to the counter which doesn't bother me... but she couldn't even say Hi, I just got the total told to me and as I was paying with my card she was back on her phone, no thanks, no goodbye... just nothing!.. You can go stick it!!! That's the last time I'll give you any money that will pay her wages!
Roast pork roll had hardly any pork in it and to much gravy
I shop here some times & love there deli However there bakery section isn't any where near the mark in quality, taste, selection & value. They have to many expensive items that few people buy & they always run out of the more affordable items. It's an easy fix, not rocket science. They also have low stock of there items on special, most folks miss out, even if your an iga member which l am. I hope they can improve these things as l would like to support them much more in the future.
