Has improved dramatically since they got rid of the terrible counter staff that that were always yelling and swearing without caring who was in the shop, women, children and the elderly that are not used to that sort of bad behaviour. Now run by the hard working owner.
Needs a good clean. The friendly service has gone. It's a shame really. Was a nice local store .
Place is a step back to 1975, filthy store . Old man behind counter was rude with zero customer skills. Don't expect the shop to be open during regular hours displayed.
First time visitor as newly moved to area and wasn't a pleasant experience. I only needed a couple of things and prices were reasonable. Gentlemen serving and its becoming all too prevalent these days in shops.He didn't greet me and his first words were would you like a bag? I said good afternoon sir how is your day going etc like I work there and he replied good thanks
Small supermarket so not a huge range but handy for a basic shop or to quickly duck in for milk, bread etc, lotto tickets, mobile phone vouchers. Some prices are a bit higher than in larger stores, some are lower - look for specials. Staff are always friendly. Parking is very easy, can always get a park just a few metres from entrance.
Run down, expensive and just an unpleasant store. I’ve always used foodworks as the convenient local supermarket you expect to pay a bit more for convenience but it just isn’t convenient 4 seperate occasions it has been shut well before its trading hours on the door. For example today Friday shut before 5:30 despite “trading till 7pm” What a joke!
Friendly staff, cheap specials, decent range. Regular pricing may be a little expensive but not excessively so. Overall, everything you want from a small grocery store.
Price is reasonable for a small grocery store. And trading hours are good. Vegetables always ripe.
