IGA east Campbelltown aye. What a store! I typically don’t shop at convenient stores but IGA east Campbelltown caught the corner of my eye and I thought I’d give it a try. This wonderful store is like none other, amazing customer service, range of products, and extremely good prices and specials. I would 110% recommend this store to friends and family and will most definitely be shopping here again. :
Last few times I’ve shopped at IGA on waminda Avenue The items have been out of date. Block cheese Ravioli an the sauce Noodles You shouldn’t have to check dates on shelved food items it their job. But hard to return once open an no receipts given ??
Great customer service. Family owned business, super friendly na d helpful staff. Would 100% recommend.
Great small convient family owned store with excellent customer service.
I bought a cake from here and when I cut it their was mould inside and I went to return it and their were so rude
Used door dash to this IGA and both times they did refund of products they did not have in stock without calling us with a replacement solution. So cranky at this as we really needed the items we purchased and they delivered a few things but not all of it and they diddnt even notify us.
Lovely family owners with fresh produce. I still go here even though I’m closer to the queen street one. It lacks fresh produce and is attached to chemist. I loved it when they had the fresh deli section with ham etc but it’s still got bacon ham cold meats just that they are packaged now. The service is very friendly and they have a great selection of frozen foods and some vegetables and fruit. The meat section is good price wise and I’ve bought several hams from here at Christmas time which were delicious I like to support local businesses and these guys are worth the visit especially cost wise.
Clean, properly stocked, friendly staff at this store. IGAs are a bit more expensive than bigger supermarkets but are also more convenient. Parking is convenient, not a huge carpark but always get a spot because generally this batch of shops has a high turnover of cars that only stay a short period.
DO NOT BUY ANY MEAT from this IGA it looks like they wash it to re colour when it's expired it just looks weird...when u take plastic off it smells off...I paid $9.80 for lean mince for my dogs and even my pug who eats anything turned her nose at it...
IGA in general is a bit more pricier than your typical larger supermarket Coles or Woolworths, but are a great convenient store nonetheless. Customer service and products could be improved slightly as sometimes the staff seem bored/uninterested or don't know what products they actually sell in store as I have most recently experienced. Most often, I can always get what I need and have no issues finding items when needed.
