Nice fresh selection of fruit and veg although a little bit pricier than competitors. Fantastic range of less known brands. Really interesting and wide range of products. They appear to try to cater to many food and dietary requirements; kosher, freshly made sushi section, gluten free ect

Always get in and out pretty quickly, rarely have to wait for a register. The store is well stocked, and mostly competitive prices, especially their specials.
Always a pleasure shopping at IGA Bentleigh, well kept store, clean and well stocked. Customer service is a delight, store specials are also great and product variety is good to. Hard to come across these days, can always find what you need.

I love the range here and the fresh ingredients are really great. The staff are mostly lovely but everytime I go here, I'll either find the front register team to be a little snappy or the person standing at the self serve checkouts tends to be looking off into the distance and not acknowledging me as I leave. It's not a huge deal but I'd just love to see a few more smiles around the place!

I'll never go back, 1 person working registers, a queue of 10 plus people waiting, decided to use the machines, of course got stuck 4 times, needed a staff member to enter a code. You're paying a premium to go to IGA over woolies and coles, put more staff on the registers
