The Deli chef come out and make us fresh salad sandwiches and a chicken schnitzel roll. In the past we get told to.go to the pre made sandwiches cabinet which we don't bother with. The food was amazing today fresh and service with total commitment to making the customer happy. Well done guys Thanks so much for the quality food and keep offering fresh made as that's a winner for sure
Would give it zero stars if possible but after a staff stating store policy kicked out my girlfriend and her assistance dog without so much as asking her or letting her explain! She left feeling humiliated, embarrassed and discriminated again...I think the managers may want to educate their staff that assistance dogs come in all shapes and sizes they are not just golden labradors anymore and haven't been for years..Furthermore the management should read the disability discrimination act of 1992..Ive been a loyal customer for over 20 years..I expected more from Preston Street IGA and IGA in general.... Disappointed!
Nice selection of gluten free bread but the use by dates were that day. So didn't buy. Over priced shop
If I could give 0 stars I would. The products are overpriced and lack quality. Disappointed with the owner for letting it get this way because he obviously does not consider what his customers value. I much rather shopping at south perth coles or farmer jacks and would encourage others to do the same.
Have had two occasions of bad customer service by the same rude employee. Both times I have given written feedback to the store. Received a response for the first time, no response to the latest one. I do most of my shopping there but probably won't now
One of the best IGA's in Perth Open 24hrs as well Great local shops, fuel, post , chemist , bakery and multi cuisine restaurants and takeaways right there Fabulous
There is a warm, village type ambiance and beautiful produce in all the shops.
On the 3rd of Oct, I bought some salad and pasta. At the checkout I was served by Shivani, who charged me $29/kg for loose herbs instead of $18/kg for loose vegetables as labelled on the shelf. I wasn’t issued a receipt either. After I left the store, I felt that the items were more than expected. When I returned to the store to check with Shivani, I was told there’s nothing she could do as it’s in the system. However, there’s something she could do. She could have done her job as a cashier by keying in the correct item. Wrote an email to Preston IGA, been 12 days and still no response. Really disappointed as Preston IGA prides themselves on being friendly as customer service oriented.
Dont like the attitude of the owner. Very bad service. Would recommend everyone not to visit this store they dont treat you well.
10/10 For presentation Service and great range of very different types of foods. I love this place!
