I love how the milk fridge is right in front of the counter as it means whenever I come here which isn’t very often but when I do then I don’t have to go all the way down the back of the store to find it , Staff have been fairly friendly and helpful towards us at times , Don’t try to take a walking frame through the store as it won’t fit especially a wheelchair / walking frame combined one as you will probably get stuck so next time I come in there I might have to stand outside while my mum goes in to get me a drink , Otherwise conveniently located on a busy street . Just bought taco shells - & they were stale as & out of date by a few weeks - better off going to Aldi just around the corner at Hamilton or Coles or Woolies, I’ve noticed most IGA’s are very budget & keep items on the shelf that exceed shelf life - the cashier didn’t even offer a receipt probably as they experience this so often  My recommendation is to avoid this store at Beaumont St Hamilton and shop elsewhere, even their matches are probably out of date

Nina always has something good that you don't need at the right time. Seem to forget something doing the big shop and conveniently drive past and they have it there. Love the selection of almond milk and cheeses. Their baklava is the best and have brilliant breads.

I bought a loaf of bread this morning.  I said 'good morning' to the young man at the register and received no response. He scanned my bread, did not tell me the price, and just held his hand out for the money.  He dropped the change into my hand and that was it...transaction complete.  It's not hard to at least acknowledge a customer and, maybe, actually speak!

Too small Most of the time the staff is very nice But way too small no competition. Get another small all bigger shop selling the same stuff. Will make a big difference.
