Such lovely people! Whenever I get bread the lovely lady always goes and gets me the fresh loaves.
Great interesting range of canned soft drink / soda. Fresh produce and groceries, with a focus on Asian products. Very handy for your supermarket needs when in Glebe.
Nice staff and good range. Sadly they're a constant target for shop lifters. Up on the wall of shame are CCTV posters of the culprits, but it doesn't seem to deter new ones. Stop stealing from the shops, people's livelihood depend on it.
Its convenient to have nearby, but Ive found out date stock numerous times & its expensive. Not a lot of specials either. Very very tight & squeezy in the aisles - hard for 2 people to pass eachother. Difficult to find items too. Staff are friendly though, no criticisms there. Just terrible lay out, frustrating to find items & not great quality. The produce is not usually very fresh either.
fantastic range of grocery items makes ip for a tiny fruit & veg section especially given that there are three great fruit & vegie shops nearby. i always something delicious on a shelve to try out in a new dish, and the staff are really friendly. the prices are perfectly reasonable, and they even give a 5% discount for purchases over $100! highly recommended!!
A lite pricey but surprisingly expansive range for a small outlet. Some quality groceries, that can't be found locally elsewhere. Produce and bread better from local green grocer/baker.
Great range of organic and interesting imported and gourmet goodies. Only sells free range and organic eggs and cheaper than Harris Farm. Also lovely family owners.
HONESTY ONE OF THE NICEST STAFF, VERY HANDSOME AND CUTE GUY STAFF WHO OCCASIONALLY PUTS UP PROMOTIONAL/DISCOUNT TAGS. Best quality chips packet, I've had in my life... the crisp on my first bite... just wow, definitely pay it a visit and the cute boy wearing a Scots jumper at the counter
It's tight but they carry a surprising range. Watch out for expiration dates though. I caught some canned products past their due date more than once.
It's a useful place to have a little supermarket; just sitting in a busy place where lots of people live. They won't have absolutely everything but they will have the things you need the most while also stocking some local produce.
