Very good experience at IGA today. Easter Sunday Firstly I'd like to say that it is great to see you open again. I don't live in the area but we drive to Canungra frequently. Secondly the shop looks amazing. You had great specials and the staff were all very happy and professional. There was plenty of staff serving and we received great service. My daughter commented there was more staff serving than at our local Coles.. Well done.
Foremost I’m a local who shops every week at the IGA and since the store opened it’s a blessing for this small community for three yrs we basically had nothing I’ve found most if not more than what I need at competitive pricesnYes I work there and I also know how hard the owners go above and beyond to supply stock and new items regularlynLike any business like this they rely on junior staff which is very limited in such a small town they are young and learning everyday patience is requirednI give a great review because I’ve never had an issue with produce or service from a small store that acts like a major shopping centre for this community
The store is well presented and has a good selection of everyday items. However , customer service could do with a bit of improvement
Store is good and all but they only have caged eggs
Great shop for your most often used groceries. Friendly service and good prices.
