Really rate this place if you are looking for affordable and decent quality furniture! We furnished our new house with a lot of pieces and the team were really helpful and were able to sort us out for a few items in store instead of having to wait for Auckland shipping. Nothing was too much trouble and we are really happy with our new furniture
Originally put in a good review due to the first stage of my process purchasing a desk online here. Initial communication was very good, however after that everything has been very poor. For about a week, our payment on their website was not confirmed until I contacted them about it. Then we received the product about 2 weeks later. The product we received was a different colour to that which was advertised. The wood is chipped and splitting, there are two hand prints in the stain. And trying to put it together was a nightmare as the pieces did not fit together well. Considering I paid $600 for this desk I am not very pleased.
I have brought many pieces of furniture from this company over the last 12 months and everything has been great quality. The customer service from both the lady who served me and the warehouse staff were 100% amazing. One of the items was cracked when i unpacked it this was not a problem they immediately reordered a replacement and since it was a large item delivered as well. Everyone i dealt with over my transactions were so professional, friendly and helpful.
A very helpful staff. Patiently waited to make our decision in-store. Jamie who assisted us throughout our decision. Change of order through Live Chat and Zia the staff who assisted me helped me a lot to make my decision easier and very friendly. I would recommend this store other than other store who is very unfriendly, and also gives you attitude. This store will wait for you to make your final decision and even help you to make it easier. Mimmi was really wonderful, I had an issue with an online purchase and she was good to deal with. The service she provided was very prompt and she went out of her way to make sure we could come to a solution. I highly recommend her and the store, overall happy with the outcome and the products. I ordered a from them over 6 weeks ago and was assured of a 3-5 week delivery time frame. The customer service is super unhelpful and vague and won't say when it will be delivered except to say that the container has not yet arrived at their warehouse. The online tracking says it has not even shipped yet. The whole point of giving timeframes in a range is to manage customer expectations - there's no point if those time frames are total BS. I would not have ordered if I knew it would take this long. Please tell me when I can expect my furniture.
Sofa we ordered is good, however customer service was not. Live chat feature is useless. Spoke to two different people trying to get my pick up day rescheduled, both times was told it was sorted and yet still had no confirmation and was not changing in my customer portal. Ended up calling which got hung up because the line was busy, no option to wait on hold. Lodged a ticket and eventually spoke to someone who checked my pick up date and it had still not been changed. Really poor.
I had some missing parts and within a tick all got sorted by communicating with the live support. Great service by the team, specially Mimmi. We will definitely go back there.
My concern was about changing my order before it shipped. I contact Mimmy through live chat and everything was sorted in an organized, clear and fast way. Much appreciate her.
